Chipton-Ross is seeking an Office Administrator D for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.



100% onsite

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

o Experience supporting multiple Executives. o Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint. o 5+ years experience in an office administration role. o Experience managing dynamic schedules and calendars. o Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client is currently seeking an Executive Office Administrator to support the BCA Engineering executives in Everett, Washington.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives with a high degree of professionalism and discretion, while also being proactive and demonstrating robust attention to detail, along with the ability to adjust priorities efficiently and effectively.

o Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlines. o Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing logistics for visiting customers and Client executives, including supporting visitor badging requests. o Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information. o Prioritize, manage, and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of time. o Coordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor traveler logistics, generate expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. o Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication. o Coordinate with the appropriate focal to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources. o Order and maintain office supplies. o Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources. o Create, manage and schedule meetings around multiple calendars and appointments. o Provide guidance for less experienced employees. o Work under limited supervision.

Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

o Experience with Client procurement tools such as SSPN. o Ability to juggle competing priorities from different sources. o Team oriented attitude and working together focus.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.).

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time/First Shift 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
