Chipton-Ross is seeking a Training & Development Specialist for a contract opportunity in Littleton, CO.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Current or previous IPC Certification Connector Mate & Demate operations experience Hardware Torquing experience Adhesive Bonding experience Minimum four-years manufacturing experience Minimum one-year On-the-job Training (OJT) experience Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.) Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Current IPC CIT or NASA Instructor qualification Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings Demonstrated manufacturing process discipline

Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time 5/40 work schedule 1st Shift


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
