Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Test & Evaluation Engineers (Level 4) for a contract opportunity in Berkeley, MO.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- B.S. in Engineering
- 10+ years of related experience
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Environmental Lab is looking for an Electrical Test Engineer with a strong technical background and previous experience with electrical design, instrumentation, system integration, data acquisition, and test to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting test efforts throughout the whole product test lifecycle (proposal, planning, design and build, test execution, posttest activities). The types of testing vary widely including such things as acoustic, vibration, shock, pyrotechnic, and software integrated subsystem testing.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- M.S. in Engineering with electrical design, instrumentation, data acquisition, and system integration experience related to testing
REQUIRED EDUCATION Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
WORK HOURS FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Both must clear prior to start date.
