Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Littleton/Waterton, CO.

- Create Spreadsheets-4 - 6 Years

- Organizational Analysis-4 - 6 Years
- Prepare Reports-4 - 6 Years
- Troubleshooting-4 - 6 Years
- MS Office-4 - 6 Years
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program learning plan interface and coordination, learning plan compliance and revision control.
- Classroom Setup and Logistics (Can be a combination of classroom set up and computer set up for the training classes so needs to have IT background for the computer portion).
- Create and maintain all Apprenticeship distro lists.
- Manage Apprenticeship email resource box by responding accurately and in a timely manner.
- Apprenticeship website updates, all locations.
Apprenticeship attendance line process control and back-up communications hub for program leads/instructors.REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
