Chipton-Ross is seeking a Cooler Reset Specialist for a contract opportunity in Indianapolis, IN.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure products are properly rotated and maintained in accordance with product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out Of Code and Damaged Product concerns.
- Ensure that all equipment is set to current standards, clean, in good working order, and presented in a premium manner.
- Maintain records required for compliance with internal policy, State and Federal regulations including driver logs, records of fuel purchase, mileage records, trainings and other records required by law.
- Execute and adhere to merchandising processes and routines.
- Complete each reset scheduled for the day in alignment of the planogram given by MM/GSM.
- Retrieve equipment needed for completion (shelves, clips & glides) from the warehouse.
- Collaborate with MM/GSM on any setbacks, refusals and completions.
- Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
- Lead by example and adhere to Company standards & Values.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Prior merchandising experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Temp Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Temp Employee frequently is required to walk and sit.
- Temp Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Temp Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time-Monday-Friday 08:00am-04:00pm
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
