Chipton-Ross is seeking a QA Engineer for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Minimum of Interim Clearance Required to start (ONLY candidates with interim or secret clearance at submittal will be sent to Hiring Manager for review) STEM Bachelor's degree required Ability to work independently and as a team player. Understanding of Material Review Board, Interacting with customers/Stakeholders, review documentation

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes. -Analyze and resolve process issues, driving corrective actions. -Lead program corrective-action meetings and participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards. -Perform assessments and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. -Interface with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality-related issues while applying lean initiatives for continuous improvement. -Support nonconformance reduction efforts.

Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 1st Shift


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
