Chipton-Ross is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3 for a contract/remote opportunity in Plymouth, MN.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with scheduling software (i.e., MS Project, SSI Tools).
  • Program Controls.
  • Schedule Risk Analysis.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
  • Make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership.
  • Interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.
  • Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
  • Implement scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:
  • DCMA 14-point
  • IPMR DI-MGMT-81861
  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Critical Path Analysis
  • Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
  • Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
  • Provide weekly status and reporting
  • Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits
  • Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

  • Experience with Deltek scheduling software (Open Plan, Acumen Fuse, PM Compass, Cobra reports).

REQUIRED EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS

Full time 9/80 workweek. This position will be remote with on-site required on an as needed basis. Site schedule is 9/80. Preferred work schedule 8am - 5pm CST M-Th, 8am-4pm CST alternating Fridays, opposite Fridays off.
