Chipton-Ross is seeking an End User Computing Specialist 3 for a contract opportunity in Pascagoula, MS.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and managing Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
  • 5+ years of experience administering and supporting iOS devices through MDM/EMM platforms (e.g., Intune, MobileIron, Workspace ONE).

Experience overseeing or managing multiple Master Service Providers (MSPs) and ensuring alignment to performance SLAs and compliance requirements.

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CASP+, Microsoft 365/Intune certifications, or Apple ACSP/ACMT.
  • Experience implementing or supporting CMMC Level 2/Level 3 technical practices in an operational IT environment.
  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks including DISA STIGs, NIST 800 171, and Zero Trust architecture.
  • Experience with enterprise endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or Workspace ONE.
  • Knowledge of automated deployment, scripting, or configuration management (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
  • Background supporting secure environments within federal contracting, DoD programs, or other regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross team projects involving cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and external service providers.
  • Experience with identity and device management technologies such as Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security tooling.
  • Ability to produce accurate technical documentation, compliance evidence, and SOPs for audits or assessments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve escalated or complex end user computing issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, cybersecurity, and service-provider teams.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Seeking a skilled End User Computing (EUC) specialist with deep expertise in the administration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of Windows based systems and iOS mobile devices within a secure, compliance driven enterprise environment. This role will oversee daily operational support as well as coordinate and manage multiple Master Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure service delivery meets both contractual expectations and company policies and procedures, including CMMC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Windows endpoints, including configuration, imaging, patching, security hardening, troubleshooting, and procurement.
  • Manage iOS devices and mobility solutions using enterprise MDM/EMM platforms, ensuring secure enrollment, policy enforcement, and application governance.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of multiple MSPs, ensuring adherence to SLAs, accountability for escalations, prompt remediation, and alignment with enterprise security and operational standards.
  • Implement EUC practices consistent with CMMC Level 2, Zero Trust architecture, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Ensure endpoint environments maintain compliance with STIGs, DISA/NIST guidelines, vulnerability mitigation timelines, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Oversee endpoint management technologies such as Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, identity services, and device encryption.
  • Maintain accurate SOPs, workflows, asset inventories, and compliance documentation required for inspections and cybersecurity audits.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and business units to ensure seamless and secure end-user operations across all service providers.
  • Drive modernization initiatives across EUC and MSP-supported environments, including automation opportunities, lifecycle improvements, and capability enhancements.
  • Act as an escalation leader for complex or multi-provider EUC incidents, coordinating root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS

Full-Time 5/40, workweek.
