Job #220154Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Manager 2 for a contract opportunity in Pascagoula, MS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- High School Diploma and 7 years of experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience or
Master's degree or above and 1 year of experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and maintain liens and products to ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, update progress data, and communicate schedule impacts or changes to the project team.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports to support project controls and management visibility.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect status updates and validate data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing project progress reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential delays or gaps in documentation and escalate as needed.
- Ensure proper document organization, version control, and record management consistent with company standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Project lead to support Frigate Contract to monitor project schedules, update progress data, and communicate schedule impacts or changes to the project team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, conditional formatting, dashboards.
- Experience with project controls, scheduling, engineering documentation preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS
Full-Time 5/40, workweek.

- Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
