Systems Support Specialist

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Support Specialist for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.

Must be US citizen due to program requirements.

The position is for a Alteryx Administrator with 10+ years of experience maintaining and sustaining the Alteryx platform. The administrator should have SME level knowledge of Alteryx, user administration, roles, workflows, priviledges, job adminstration, backups restores of the platform. The administrator will be responsible for resolving Incident tickets related to platforms and the application. The position will also need to interface with end users and vendor contacts to resolve vendor dependent issues.

In addition some of the generic skills and duties listed below may also be expected from this role.

Designs develops and oversees system architectures including complex systems and systems design activities. Serves as focal point for the development and communication of the system architecture. Ensures conversion of mission requirements into total systems solutions that account for design and technology maturity constraints of the system. Develops systems and system element architecture design and interface definition. Supports internal and external design reviews. Maintains knowledge of current and developing technologies and design and analysis methodologies. Develops models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.

Accredited Bachelor's Degree or Accredited Master's Degree.

4/10A-Full-Time.
