Most of what we do is contract labor: we recruit and screen the person, put them on our W-2, carry the payroll, insurance, and compliance, and you direct the work. Assignments typically run six to twelve months and extend. When a contractor turns out to be someone you want to keep, contract-to-hire conversion is straightforward. We also payroll workers you have already sourced yourself.
